Augusta Allen-Jones

is an American Actress who works in film, television, and theatre.

She recently completed work on Tony Tost’s new film, “National Anthem,” starring Sydney Sweeney, Zahn McClarnon and Halsey, to name a few. She was humbled to work on this project, as Mr. Tost is sincerely one of the most down to earth level headed, gracious people she has ever met. “Anything is possible when you have tutelage such as his.”

She’s also awaiting the release of her last film “Surrounded,” which stars Jaimie Bell, Leticia Wright, and the late great Michael K. Williams, directed by the incomparable Anthony Mandler and written by her dear friend Andy Pagana.

Reigniting a career from the ashes after a fifteen year hiatus hasn’t been easy.

Her lovely little scene opposite Tom Hanks in “News of the World” ended up on the cutting room floor, but being able to reap the benefits of residuals managed to squelch the pain a bit. She thanks Tom everyday.

That wasn’t the first time disappointment struck in the rebuilding of her career. In 2018 she had a juicy little role in a film called “Hellbent” directed by very talented Tjardus Greidanus, where she played an 8 month pregnant meth dealer from Montana, which sadly, never was released.

Nonetheless, each experience has been another building block in reinforcing a foundation in her career. Learning something every step of the way and establishing another chapter of her life and her craft.

Ms. Allen-Jones can be seen in such shows as Netflix’s “Better Call Saul”, Lionsgate’s “Graves,” and a handful of other TV and film roles.

While she’s been back in the game for the last eight years, she’s also worked on some of Shakespeare’s greatest plays, most recently as Gertrude in Hamlet.
