
Augusta Allen-Jones
is an American film, television, and theater actor.
Augusta is featured in the newly released film “Americana,” Written and directed by Tony Tost. Starring Sydney Sweeney, Zahn McClarnon, and Halsey.
“Surrounded,” starring Jaimie Bell, Leticia Wright, and Michael K. Williams, directed by Anthony Mandler and written by Andy Pagana.
She was recently cast as Kelan in the Duffer Brothers’ (“Stranger Things”) new Netflix series titled “The Buroughs,” starring Alfred Molina, Alfre Woodard, and Gena Davis, to be released in the Spring of 2026.
Augusta’s also just finished work in a much-anticipated pilot, Susan Winter’s “The Hive,” starring Dana Wheeler-Nicholson and Elizabeth Rodriguez.
She also appears in Hulu’s “The Cleaning Lady”, Netflix’s “Better Call Saul,” Lionsgate’s “Graves,” and a handful of other TV and film roles.
Reigniting her career after a fifteen-year hiatus hasn’t been without its struggles. Her lovely little scene opposite Tom Hanks in “News of the World” ended up on the cutting room floor, but being able to reap the benefits of residuals managed to squelch the pain a bit. She thanks Tom every day.
Continuing her passion for the Theatre, she has been a member of the NM Shakespeare festival for the past fourteen years. Currently tackling the role of Volumnia in “Coriolanus.” A role she has coveted for the past 30 years.
